Who we are:
Holy Name Lutheran Parish has
formed in response to people's desire for good theology, good liturgy, and an inclusive focus. To assist this, we have
purchased current liturgical settings and music licensing.
We are a mainline, ecumenical, liturgical church with a difference.
Word and Sacrament is, for us, central.
We are Lutheran and welcome others, not just Lutherans, who love good liturgy and understand the rich symbolism of the liturgical year.
We intend to be inclusive of persons; language begins this process.
We are currently holding worship services at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings. On
Wednesday evenings we alternate the service of evening prayer with bible study.
We believe in a gracious God, a Being of relationship. We welcome you to join us in our pilgrimage of faith seeking understanding.
